Cancel Policy
民泊「やまくま」（以下、「当施設」といいます）のキャンセルポリシーは、以下のとおり定めます。ご予約の際は、本ポリシーをご確認・ご同意いただいた上でお願いいたします。
1. キャンセル料について
ご宿泊日の変更やキャンセルをされる場合は、速やかに当施設までご連絡ください。お客様の都合によるキャンセルの場合、宿泊開始日から起算して以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
ご宿泊日の14日前〜8日前まで： 宿泊料金の 30%
ご宿泊日の7日前〜4日前まで： 宿泊料金の 50%
ご宿泊日の3日前〜前日まで： 宿泊料金の 80%
ご宿泊当日： 宿泊料金の 100%
無断キャンセル（ご連絡なくお越しにならなかった場合）： 宿泊料金の 100%
※宿泊日数の短縮や、ご予約人数の減少による減額分についても、上記規定に準じてキャンセル料が発生いたします。
2. 例外（悪天候や災害時の対応）
台風、大雪、地震などの自然災害等により、当施設へのアクセスが物理的に不可能となった場合（飛行機の欠航、公共交通機関の運休、高速道路の通行止め等）は、キャンセル料は免除（無料）とさせていただきます。
ただし、以下の場合は通常のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
交通機関は運行しているが、お客様の自主的な判断でキャンセルされる場合
天候不良によるアクティビティの不成立や、観光目的の変更などを理由とする場合
※交通機関の運休等によるキャンセルの場合は、必ず事前に当施設までご連絡をお願いいたします。
3. 当施設都合によるキャンセルの場合
施設の設備の重大な故障など、当施設のやむを得ない事情によりご宿泊の受け入れが困難となった場合は、全額を返金し、無料でキャンセルとさせていただきます。なお、ご予約のキャンセルに伴いお客様に生じた交通費や代替宿泊施設の手配等の損害につきましては、当施設は補償いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
4. 予約サイト経由でのご予約について
Airbnb、Booking.com、その他のオンライン予約サイト（OTA）を通じてご予約された場合、その予約サイトで設定されているキャンセルポリシーが本規定よりも優先して適用されます。キャンセルの手続きも、ご予約されたサイト上からお客様ご自身で行っていただきますようお願いいたします。
5. 返金について
キャンセル料が発生する場合、すでにお支払いいただいている宿泊料金から所定のキャンセル料および振込手数料を差し引いた金額をご指定の口座へ返金いたします。未払いの場合や、キャンセル料がお支払い済み金額を上回る場合は、別途当施設よりキャンセル料を請求させていただきます。
The cancellation policy for the private lodging "Yamakuma" (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") is set forth below. Please review and agree to this policy before making a reservation.
1. Cancellation Fees
If you need to change your check-in date or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations made for the guest's convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the number of days prior to the check-in date:
14 to 8 days prior to check-in: 30% of the accommodation fee
7 to 4 days prior to check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee
3 to 1 day prior to check-in (the day before): 80% of the accommodation fee
On the day of check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee
No-show (failure to arrive without notice): 100% of the accommodation fee
*Please note that cancellation fees will also apply in accordance with the above rules to any reduction in the total amount due to shortening the length of stay or reducing the number of guests.
2. Exceptions (Severe Weather and Natural Disasters)
If it becomes physically impossible to reach the Facility due to natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy snow, or earthquakes (e.g., flight cancellations, suspension of public transportation, or expressway closures), the cancellation fee will be waived (free of charge).
However, normal cancellation fees will apply in the following cases:
When public transportation is operating, but the guest chooses to cancel voluntarily.
When the cancellation is due to changes in sightseeing plans or the cancellation of outdoor activities caused by bad weather.
*If you must cancel due to the suspension of transportation, please be sure to contact the Facility in advance.
3. Cancellations by the Facility
If it becomes difficult to accommodate you due to unavoidable circumstances of the Facility, such as a major equipment failure, we will fully refund your payment and cancel the reservation free of charge. Please note in advance that the Facility will not compensate for any secondary damages or expenses incurred by the guest due to the cancellation, such as transportation costs or the arrangement of alternative accommodations.
4. Reservations Made Through Booking Websites (OTAs)
If you made your reservation through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), the cancellation policy set by that specific booking website will take precedence over this policy. Please process your cancellation directly through the website or platform where you made the reservation.
5. Refunds
If a cancellation fee applies, we will refund the amount remaining after deducting the designated cancellation fee and any bank transfer fees from the accommodation fee you have already paid. If the payment has not been made yet, or if the cancellation fee exceeds the amount already paid, the Facility will separately bill you for the cancellation fee.
